Changxing TV station is a practice concentrated on the openness of the city space. The site is around by open public gardens. If the site is used for TV station, it will interrupt the original motion paths for the people. So, we need to return the public space to the citizens, and the TV station will be a place for people to go in and out freely, which ask us to restore paths.
